The mission of the Maasailand Health Project is to train local villagers to identify malaria early and to treat with medication at home in their own villages before the illness progresses and requires hospitalization. In addition, it is our goal to assist in maintaining the general health and well-being of all villages in the Olduvai region of Maasailand.
We are looking for:
Donors to assist in funding our mission. Cash donations are our greatest need at this time as we plan to roll our program into multiple villages in 2010.
In the future we may need Doctors and Nurses to volunteer their time and travel to rural Tanzania and provide training on site in the local villages.
